Mumbai, April 9 -- Cartrade Tech has allotted 50,000 equity shares under ESOP on 09 April 2026. With this allotment, the paid up equity share capital has increased to Rs. 47,92,80,350/- consisting of 4,79,28,035 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each.
