Mumbai, June 11 -- CARE Ratings has allotted 11,250 equity shares under ESOS on 10 June 2026. With this allotment, the paid up equity share capital has increased to Rs. 30,06,04,130/- consisting of 3,00,60,413 equity shares of Rs.10/- each.
