Mumbai, April 6 -- CARE Ratings has allotted 1,850 equity shares under ESOS on 06 April 2026. With this allotment, the paid up equity share capital has increased to Rs. 30,04,88,630/- consisting of 3,00,48,863 equity shares of Rs.10/- each.
