Mumbai, March 6 -- CARE Ratings has allotted 1,650 equity shares under ESOS on 06 March 2026. The Paid-up Share Capital of the Company will accordingly increase from Rs. 30,04,53,630/- consisting of 3,00,45,363 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each to Rs. 30,04,70,130/- consisting of 3,00,47,013 equity

shares of Rs.10/- each.
