Mumbai, April 9 -- Capri Global Capital has announced the Tranche I of public issue of secured, rated, listed, redeemable non-convertible debentures (NCDs) aggregating up to Rs 500 crore, comprising a base issue size of Rs 100 crore with a green shoe option of Rs 400 crore (Tranche I Issue). The issue will open on 15 April 2026 and close on 28 April 2026.
