Mumbai, May 13 -- Capital Small Finance Bank has allotted 12,814 equity shares under ESOP on 13 May 2026. Consequent to the said allotment, the paid up equity share capital of the Bank has increased to Rs. 45,43,15,850 consisting of 45431585 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each.
