Canara Bank gains after domestic deposits jumps 11% YoY in Q2 FY27
Mumbai, Oct. 5 -- Domestic deposits increased 10.96% year on year (YoY) to Rs 15,47,689 crore as of 30 September 2026, compared with Rs 13,94,999 crore a year earlier. Domestic advances rose 16.83% YoY to Rs 12,63,433 crore during Q2 FY27.
The bank's global business grew 15.83% YoY to Rs 30,70,928 crore as of 30 September 2026, compared with Rs 26,51,322 crore as of 30 September 2025.
Global deposits increased 13.13% YoY to Rs 16,97,195 crore, while global advances rose 6.21% YoY to Rs 13,73,733 crore during the period.
