Mumbai, Oct. 1 -- Computer Age Management Services has allotted 90,305 equity shares

at a face value of Rs. 2/- each fully paid up to the eligible employees of the company pursuant to exercise of the vested options under its Employees Stock Option Scheme 2019.

With this allotment, the paid up equity share capital has increased to Rs.49,70,17,366/- consisting of 24,85,08,683 equity shares of Rs.2/- each.
