Mumbai, June 13 -- Computer Age Management Services has allotted 2,20,230 equity shares under ESOS on 12 June 2026. With this allotment, the paid up equity share capital has increased to Rs. 49,64,09,456/- consisting of 24,82,04,728 equity shares of Rs.2/- each.
