Mumbai, Sept. 30 -- The scrip was listed at Rs 126, a premium of 0.80% to the IPO price. The counter hit a high of Rs 129 and a low of Rs 126. About 10.11 lakh shares changed hands on the BSE.

S K Offset's IPO was subscribed 1.15 times. The issue comprised an entirely fresh issue of 23.25 lakh shares. The IPO was open for subscription from 23 September to 25 September 2026, with the issue price fixed at Rs 125 per share against a price band of Rs 119-125.

The IPO included a 1.20 lakh-share market maker portion, while 22.05 lakh shares were offered to the public.

The company raised Rs 6.75 crore from anchor investors through the allotment of 5.40 lakh shares at Rs 125 per share on 22 September 2026.
