Mumbai, Aug. 26 -- The scrip was listed at Rs 99, matching the initial public offer (IPO) price. The stock is currently frozen at its lower limit of 5% over its listing price.

The counter hit a high of Rs 99 and a low of Rs 94.05. About 1.81 lakh shares of the company changed hands at the counter.

Dhanwel Hybrid Seeds' IPO was subscribed 1.62 times. The issue opened for bidding on 19 July 2026 and it closed on 21 August 2026. The price band of the IPO was fixed between Rs 95 to Rs 99 per share.

The IPO comprised 27,00,000 equity shares. The promoter and promoter group shareholding diluted to 35.12% from 49.93% pre-offer.
