Kenya, March 16 -- The company's board had earlier approved Hargave's appointment on 10 November 2025, based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee. His five-year term will run from 15 December 2025 to 14 December 2030, and he will not be liable to retire by rotation.
