Mumbai, May 6 -- Brigade Enterprises has allotted 28,321 equity shares under ESOP on 06 May 2026. The paid-up share capital of the Company has increased from Rs.2,44,59,34,640/- to Rs. 2,44,62,17,850/ due to the aforesaid allotment.
