Mumbai, Oct. 9 -- Bodhtree Consulting has allotted 20,58,822 equity shares of face value of Rs 10 each at an issue price of Rs 17 per equity share (including a premium of Rs 7 per share) aggregating to Rs 3.49 crore on preferential basis to non-promoter entities.
