Mumbai, Sept. 1 -- Sri Lotus Developers & Realty announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 1 September 2026, inter alia, have recommended the First Interim dividend of Rs 0.3 per equity Share (i.e. 30%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.
