Mumbai, Oct. 31 -- The board of Prataap Snacks at its meeting held on 30 October 2026 has approved the appointment of Jitendra Nayyar (DIN: 06492720) as an Additional Non Executive Independent Director of the Company for a term of three (3) consecutive years commencing from 30 October 2026, subject to the approval of the shareholders of the Company.

Further, the board approved the appointment of Sumit Sharma (DIN: 11451359) as an Additional Executive Director of the Company for a term of three (3) consecutive years commencing from 30 October 2026, subject to the approval of the shareholders of the Company.
