Mumbai, Aug. 12 -- The board of Lenskart Solutions at its meeting held on 12 August 2026 has approved the acquisition of an additional equity stake in Baofeng Framekart Technology, a joint venture between the Company and Geng Yongchao, by the Company through its wholly owned subsidiary Lenskart Solutions, Singapore.
