Mumbai, April 30 -- The board of Dr Lal Pathlabs at its meeting held on 30 April 2026 has approved the acquisition of 100% stake in Shahbazkers Diagnostic Centre (SDCPL) from its existing Shareholders. Post acquisition, SDCPL shall become a wholly owned subsidiary of the company.
