Mumbai, Oct. 27 -- BLS Polymers received bids for 11,42,65,600 shares as against 1,19,00,000 shares on offer, according to IPO subscription data at 17:00 IST on 27 October 2026. The issue was subscribed 9.60 times.

The issue opened for bidding on 27 October 2026 and will close on 29 October 2026. The price band of the IPO is fixed between Rs 142 and Rs 150 per share. An investor can bid for a minimum of 100 equity shares and multiples thereof.

The IPO comprises entirely a fresh issue of 1,70,00,000 equity shares of face value Rs 10 each, aggregating up to Rs 255 crore at the upper price band, with no offer for sale (OFS) component.
