Mumbai, June 19 -- Birlasoft has allotted 93,301 equity shares under ESOS on 19 June 2026. With this allotment, the paid up equity share capital has increased to Rs. 55,91,99,178/- divided into 27,95,99,589 equity shares of face value of Rs. 2/- each.
