Mumbai, Aug. 7 -- Bandhan Bank has allotted 10,415 equity shares under ESOP on 07 August 2026. Post allotment, the paid up equity share capital has increased to Rs. 16,11,11,15,800/- comprising of 1,61,11,11,580 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each.
