Mumbai, June 18 -- Bajaj Finance has allotted 1,39,000 secured redeemable non-convertible

debentures of face value of Rs 1 lakh each at an issue price of Rs 1,04,705.27 per debenture aggregating to Rs 1455.40 crore on private placement basis.
