Mumbai, Aug. 22 -- The order pertains to the engagement of a user fee agency at Jajau Fee Plaza located at km 28.600 on the Agra-Gwalior section from km 8.000 to km 103.000 of NH-3. The scope of work also includes upkeep and maintenance of adjacent toilet blocks, including recouping of consumable items.

The accepted value of the work order is Rs 151.06 crore and the order is to be executed over a period of one year.

The company stated that the order does not constitute a related-party transaction. It further clarified that neither the promoters nor members of the promoter group have any interest in the order.
