Mumbai, April 16 -- Avenue Supermarts has allotted 1,64,534 equity shares under ESOS on 16 April 2026. With this allotment, the paid up equity share capital has increased to Rs. 6,521,236,570/- divided into 652,123,657 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each upon allotment.
