Mumbai, Oct. 14 -- AU Small Finance Bank has allotted 4,03,913 equity shares under ESOP on 14 October 2026. The paid-up equity share capital of the Bank will accordingly increase from Rs. 7,51,36,85,950 to Rs. 7,51,77,25,080.
