Mumbai, Oct. 26 -- The company posted a consolidated net profit of Rs 1.26 crore in Q2 FY27, compared with a net loss of Rs 154.07 crore in the year-ago quarter.

Revenue from operations rose 62.90% year on year to Rs 1,464.24 crore from Rs 898.88 crore.

EBITDA stood at Rs 74.17 crore, compared with a loss of Rs 90.76 crore in Q2 FY26. The EBITDA margin improved to 4.9% from negative 9.6% a year earlier, marking the company's second consecutive EBITDA-positive quarter. Adjusted gross margin increased 160 basis points year on year to 24%.

Profit before tax stood at Rs 1.26 crore in Q2 FY27, compared with a loss of Rs 154.07 crore in Q2 FY26.
