Mumbai, Sept. 19 -- Mazzini Tiles is engaged in the manufacturing of tiles and ceramic products, with a focus on polished glazed vitrified tiles (PGVT). The company operates a manufacturing facility in Morbi, Gujarat, with an installed capacity of 72 lakh square metres per annum. Its turnover stood at Rs 87.15 crore in FY26.

The acquisition is part of Apollo Pipes' board-approved investment plan of up to Rs 300 crore for its tiles and ceramics business. The platform may undertake manufacturing, including contract manufacturing, as well as trading, marketing and distribution of tiles, ceramics and allied products.
