Mumbai, Oct. 29 -- The board of Apar Industries at its meeting held on 29 October 2026 has approved further investment in Petroleum Specialties Pte Ltd., Singapore (wholly owned subsidiary of the Company) for an amount not exceeding USD 100 million.
