Mumbai, Sept. 26 -- The board of AGI Infra at its meeting held on 25 September 2026 has approved raising of funds by way of issuance of equity shares for an aggregate amount not exceeding Rs 275 crore in one or more tranches by way of a qualified institutional placement.
