Mumbai, July 27 -- Affle 3i has allotted 83,000 equity shares under ESOS on 25 July 2026. Consequently, the issued, subscribed and paid-up share capital of the Company stands increased to Rs. 281,758,768/- divided into 140,879,384 equity shares of face value of Rs. 2/- each.
