Mumbai, Nov. 5 -- Aequs has allotted 2,80,71,690 convertible warrant at an issue price of Rs 231.55 each (including a premium of Rs 221.55) on receipt of upfront 50% of aggregate subscription price of Rs 649.99 crore.
