Mumbai, Sept. 28 -- The initial public offer (IPO) of Adroit Industries (India) was subscribed 176.85 times. The issue received bids for 1,39,22,95,200 shares against 78,72,900 shares on offer.

Qualified institutional buyers (QIBs) subscribed 195.04 times, the non-institutional investor (NII) category subscribed 332.35 times and Retail individual investors subscribed 99.81 times.

The IPO Adroit Industries (India) opened for subscription on 23 September 2026 and closed on 25 September 2026. The price band was fixed at Rs 126 to Rs 134 per share. The equity shares are proposed to be listed on the BSE and NSE.
