Mumbai, Sept. 23 -- The initial public offer (IPO) of Elevate Campuses was subscribed 5.18 times on the first day of bidding on 23 September 2026, according to stock exchange data at 17:00 IST. The issue received bids for 4,07,67,969 shares against 78,72,900 shares on offer.

The IPO Adroit Industries (India) opened for subscription on 23 September 2026 and will close on 25 September 2026. The price band has been fixed at Rs 126 to Rs 134 per share. The minimum bid is 111 shares. The equity shares are proposed to be listed on the BSE and NSE.

The IPO comprises a fresh issue of shares worth up to Rs 132.62 crore and an offer for sale of 13.50 lakh shares worth up to Rs 18.09 crore by Mukesh Sangla HUF.
