Mumbai, Oct. 1 -- Aditya Birla Capital has allotted 68,888 equity shares under ESOP on 01 October 2026. Consequent to the above allotment, the Paid-up Equity Share Capital of the Company will increase from Rs 27,37,79,59,480 (i.e. 2,73,77,95,948 equity shares of face value of Rs 10/- each) to Rs 27,37,86,48,360 (i.e. 2,73,78,64,836 equity shares of face value of Rs10/- each).
