Mumbai, June 10 -- Aditya Birla Capital has allotted 60,177 equity shares under Aditya Birla Capital Limited Employee Stock Option and Performance Stock Unit Scheme 2022. Post allotment, the paid up equity share capital has increased to Rs 26,218,530,640 (i.e. 2,621,853,064 equity shares of face value of Rs 10/- each).
