Mumbai, Nov. 6 -- Adani Enterprises announced that AdaniConneX (ACX), a joint venture of the Company has executed a Share Purchase Agreement (SPA)

on 05 November 2026 with Vizag Mega Data Center Park (VMDCPL) and Adani Infra (India) (Seller) to acquire 100% stake in VMDCPL.

The acquisition will be done at a purchase consideration of Rs 1085.51 crore and is expected to be completed by 10 November 2026.
