Mumbai, June 10 -- Abans Financial Services has allotted 46,919 equity shares under ESOP on 10 June 2026. Post allotment, the paid up equity share capital has increased to Rs.10,16,79,518/- consisting of 5,08,39,759 equity shares of face value of Rs 2 each.
