Mumbai, Sept. 10 -- Abans Financial Services has allotted 3,77,831 equity shares under ESOP on 10 September 2026. With this allotment, the paid up equity share capital has increased to Rs.10,24,35,180/- consisting of 5,12,17,590 equity shares having face value of Rs.2/- each.
