Mumbai, June 25 -- Aarti Pharmalabs has allotted 22,062 equity shares under ESOP on 25 June 2026. Post this allotment, the paid-up Equity share capital of the Company stands increased to Rs. 45,33,99,065 representing 9,06,79,813 fully paid-up equity shares of face value of Rs.5/- each.
