Mumbai, June 5 -- Aarti Industries has allotted 53,563 equity shares under ESOP on 05 June 2026. Post allotment, the paid up equity share capital stands increased to Rs. 1,81,32,40,270/- (divided in to 36,26,48,054 equity shares of Rs. 5/- each).
