Mumbai, April 13 -- Aarti Industries has allotted 122 equity shares under ESOP on 13 April 2026. With this allotment, the paid up equity share capital has increased to Rs. 1,81,29,72,455 /- (divided in to 36,25,94,491 equity shares of Rs. 5/- each).
