Nairobi, Oct. 22 -- What is that gut decision you made that was difficult or unpopular, but taught you the most?

Starting my own law firm at 25 years old was extremely unpopular. Senior advisers and lawyers warned me against it, telling me it would fail, and that as a young woman I should wait. Taking that bet on myself is the biggest risk I've taken.
