Kura boss battles Sh5.2m claim by social media account manager
Nairobi, Aug. 11 -- The Kenya Urban Roads Authority (Kura) Director-General, Silas Kinoti, is facing a Sh5.2 million court claim over the management of his X (formerly Twitter) account and related services, including influencer promotion.
The defendant, Eugene Mokua, has counterclaimed the amount in a suit filed by Mr Kinoti seeking recovery of the X account credentials.
Mr Mokua says Mr Kinoti owes him the money for nine months of account management, social media promotion, news publications, a tender application, Uber transport, and other expenses incurred while working for him.
