Nairobi, Sept. 22 -- Kampala and Dar es Salaam posted higher yields on prime warehouse rents compared to Nairobi in the first half of 2026, extending dominance in investment return over the Kenyan capital.

Analysis of the industrial property segment by real estate firm Knight Frank shows that the average yield on rent of a prime warehouse in Nairobi stood at 9.5 percent in the first half of the year, compared to 13 percent in Kampala and 10 percent in Dar.
