Nairobi, Sept. 16 -- Yuvinalis Japhet is in his Dubai office, phone in hand, confirming a desert safari booking for the next morning. On the wall behind him hangs framed photos of his fleet: A Toyota Land Cruiser Prado, a Land Cruiser LC300, a Hyundai Tucson, and a 37-seater bus he bought last year.

"This is my whole fleet right now," says the 34-year-old.
