Nairobi, Nov. 8 -- The Energy and Petroleum Regulatory Authority (Epra) has lost an appeal seeking to overturn a tribunal decision that ordered it to release gas cylinders seized from an operator in Narok two years ago.

The High Court upheld the Energy and Petroleum Tribunal's decision, finding that Epra had failed to prove the alleged regulatory offences against Rihal Energy Company Ltd, whose 407 gas cylinders were seized in October 2024.
