DCI, four banks drawn into battle for Vetlab club's millions
Nairobi, June 22 -- The Directorate of Criminal Investigations (DCI) has been drawn into the battle for control of Nairobi's 102-year-old Vetlab Sports Club amid allegations of unauthorised bank transactions and disputed changes to account signatories.
Court documents show investigators are tracing transactions involving accounts held at four banks as rival officials fight over the management of an institution that generated nearly Sh150 million in subscription and golf revenues in the last financial year.
