Srinagar, Feb. 26 -- The Vice-President of India, C. P. Radhakrishnan, today addressed the 21st Convocation Ceremony of the University of Kashmir in Srinagar, marking his first official visit to the Union Territory of Jammu & Kashmir in his current role. Congratulating the graduating students, the Vice-President remarked that while universities are often celebrated for their infrastructure and academic excellence, their true legacy lies in the character and achievements of their alumni. He praised the University of Kashmir, established in 1948, for its distinguished legacy and expanding academic footprint.
