Srinagar, Feb. 26 -- The Vice-President of India, C. P. Radhakrishnan, today addressed the 21st Convocation Ceremony of the University of Kashmir in Srinagar, marking his first official visit to the Union Territory of Jammu & Kashmir in his current role. Congratulating the graduating students, the Vice-President remarked that while universities are often celebrated for their infrastructure and academic excellence, their true legacy lies in the character and achievements of their alumni.
