Karnah, August 13, Aug. 13 -- A woman died after sustaining injuries in a road accident at Nachiyan Top in the Karnah sector of Kupwara district on Thursday morning, while another person injured in the incident was referred to a higher medical facility. The accident occurred around 7 am, leaving two people injured. Both were initially taken to Sub-District Hospital (SDH) Tangdhar, where they received preliminary treatment before being referred to a higher centre. One of the injured, identified as Danvant Kour, succumbed to her injuries while being shifted for further treatment.
