Srinagar, Sep 18, Sept. 19 -- J&K Waqf Board Chairperson Dr Syed Darakhshan Andrabi on Thursday visited the revered Dargah-e-Faiz Panah Mir Syed Taj-ud-Din Hamdani (RA) at Nowhatta and formally took over its administrative and management control on behalf of the Board. Dr Andrabi paid obeisance at the shrine and was accompanied by Waqf Board Member Mohammad Syed Haqqani, Ishtiyaq Mohiuddin, Executive Magistrate and Tehsildar of the J&K Waqf Board, besides other senior officers.The shrine is a notified Waqf property and has now been brought under the direct management of the J&K Waqf Board as a dedicated spiritual and public-faith space.Following the takeover, Dr Andrabi reviewed the existing infrastructure and arrangements for devotees an...
